CLIFF: THE 1945 – 1949 CLARK FORKLIFT MODEL “PLANELOADER” HAD A CLARK MODEL 650 REAR AXLE , THE SAME MODEL 650 THAT WAS USED IN THE 1946 – 1949 DIAMOND T TRUCK MODEL 201. IN 1987 I BOUGHT SOME BRAKE PARTS FROM THE BERNS COMPANY (new and use
forklifts and “PARTS” ) LONG BEACH,CA. THAT WOULD “FIT” ( interchange ) WITH THE DIAMOND T TRUCK MODEL 201 BRAKE PARTS.
note: I HAD ALSO PURCHASHED SOME “BRAKE” PARTS ( for the 1946 – 1949 Diamond T truck model 201 , that would “fit” ( interchange ) for the CLARK model 650 rear axle ; as used on the CLARK FORKLIFT, MODEL: PLANELOADER 1945-49 ) FROM THE CLARK FORKLIFT “DEALER” WHO WAS LOCATED AT THAT TIME ( 1987 ) in PICO RIVERA, CA.
I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE KNOWN { “IF” ? } the 1945 – 1949 CLARK FORKLIFT, MODEL : PLANELOADER with CLARK model 650 rear axle ; “BRAKE DRUMS” would “FIT” ? ( interchange ? ) with the “BRAKE DRUMS” on a 1946 – 1949 DIMOND T TRUCK MODEL 201 , with a CLARK MODEL 650 rear axle. NOTE: THE DRUM BRAKE PART # 810 – H – 51 (1945 CLARK part # ) ; is for the DRIVE WHEELS on the CLARK FORKLIFT MODEL : PLANELOADER , 1945 – 1949. NOTE: “IF” a DIAMOND T TRUCK MODEL 201 ( Parts Truck, with REAR BRAKE DRUMS FOR SALE ); 1946 – 1949 is listed on eBay , I WILL POST IT ON THE DIAMOND T CLASSICS WEB SITE and also notify you by private message.
