A.T.H.S Breaks Guinness Record

The American Truck Historical Society held its 2003 convention in Syracuse, NY. Show truck registration ended at 2:00PM, Saturday May 24, 2003. Shortly thereafter, an announcement came over the loud speaker system at the NY State Fairgrounds. There were a total of 1,026 antique trucks registered at the show. This set a new world record for a gathering of antique trucks. This reporter understands that the record breaking was anticipated and Guinness representatives were on hand to verify results. Among the 1,026 trucks were a number of Diamond Ts. It was great to see so many examples of the marque and meet fellow owners.
