Diamond T Roadster

I currently have photos of an actual Diamond T roadster of about 1906 to1910 vintage. I wondered if any one else has ever seen one of these car. I took the photos in 1952, but unfortunately did not buy the car. I am presently trying to locate this car and have recently talked to several people that worked on the car in the 50’s and 60’s. Any help would be appreciated. »

48 diamond t

Glad to have finally found a site to get info on finding parts for my ‘T’. I’ve had my 48 306H for 4-5 years and haven’t done too much to it. I got it from my grandfathers family estate after he died. He bought the truck new and used it on his farm in Colorado. I trailered it home here in Prince George, B.C. I had it running the next day after it sat for close to 7 years. I... »

A Diamond T overseas

Hi Paul, Very happy to hear, after perhaps forty-five years, about the good old Diamond T. I always wondered what was the meaning of the “T”. We drove that truck from 1948 until 1955, when a Chevy 4400 with the famous panorama-windshield replaced him. Diamonds of the load-capacity we need were no longer available at that time. After WWII in our country, it happened to be that, if you did very much... »

DIAMOND T Model 201 MASTER PARTS LIST

I started to compile this parts list while restoring a 1948 Model 201 Diamond T. I am indebted to Tom Warren Sr. and Jr. of Amarillo, Texas and Mike McQueen of Phoenix, Arizona for their help. Most of the parts in this list are available from NAPA auto parts. Any comments on paint colors or Diamond T parts would be greatly appreciated. By the way, I am also restoring a 1938 Model 80. Most of the p... »

How Mr. Alan Garber got hooked.

In my younger days, I restored a 1952 International L110 and a 1944 Dodge pickup. I then sold the trucks and went to university. I gave no further thought to restoring old pickups until two years ago. I was driving through Lacombe and saw an old pickup in a front yard with a “For Sale” sign on it. I liked the looks of the truck and did an immediate U-turn to investigate. It turns out t... »

I’m happy to have found your website since I am Art Tilt’s grandson. He was a wonderful grandfather as well as a fine business leader and sportsman. He built up the company from scratch and wanted his trucks to be handsome as well as efficient.
