How do I remove the window glass from door??

I have a 509SC cabover.

How on earth do you remove the window from the door??

Everything looks spot welded…..It doesn’t look like the window channels can move out of the way to remove the glass.

Is there a trick to this??

It’s not easy you have to take the hole door apart. It’s not as hard it sounds. If you have never done it on a older car are pickup good luck. My first three went badly I had to get help. The 201 door in not that hard. First you have to undo the window and crank and set in ths bottom of the door. Then remove the inside trim around the window. Most times you can work the glass out with the felt in place. The felt has a metal frame has tabs that hold it in place. Sometimes the felt will pull straight down. And other times it’s takes a little prying good luck and have fun
