    HERCULES J X SERIES VALVE TIMING IN DEGREES.
    ( J X A, J X B, J X C , J X D , J X E – 3 , J X L D ).
    INTAKE PERIOD = 240 DEGREES.
    INTAKE OPENS 5 DEGREES BEFORE T.D.C.
    INTAKE CLOSES 55 DEGREES AFTER B.D.C.
    EXHAUST PERIOD = 240 DEGREES.
    EXHAUST OPENS 45 DEGREES BEFORE B.D.C.
    EXHAUST CLOSES 15 DEGREES AFTER T.D.C.
