@hiball The bottom track that fits to bottom of glass is held onto raiser arms by clips that you can get to thru bottom removeable panel of door. Hold glass up top with hand and wind winder down out of way. then lower and turn / tilt glass front edge down in track till out of track. Now you should be able to bring glass out of window opening. I Can’t remember iif there is a screw on door at bottom of track that loosens track. Don
