Unfortunately the previous owner (Bill Yoder) of diamondtclassics.com let the domain registration lapse and so the domain name diamondtclassics.com was lost and snapped by someone else.

I was unable to get ahold of Bill, but several members of the community have approached me recently and asked if anything can be done about this, so I have gone ahead and registered diamondtclassics.club.

    Why did I do this?
To be honest, I don’t have a rational answer. I don’t own a Diamond T Classic. I have no commercial interest and nobody is paying me for the domain or hosting. I have however invested a lot of time and effort into helping out on the website in the backend, did not get paid for my work and I hate to see the community disappear for good. Further on, when rebuilding the site in 2014, I noticed there were a lot of people who put a lot of love into their trucks and this is a valuable place to exchange knowledge. I can’t let it go like this.

    Who am I?
I was the previous host for diamondtclassics.com. The site came to our hosting when I was involved with the old software powering the site. In 2014 my wife and I helped to convert the site to a new platform. I have an 8 year old son who loves the photos of your trucks.

    What will happen now?
To be honest, I don’t have the time to work on the editorial aspects and sanitize the content of the site. I can help to keep the technical aspects up to date though. We need more volunteers! Everything can be managed from a web browser. If you’re interested to help, please leave a message under this post!

    Hello Sascha,
Just stumbled back onto this site looking for information. I thought it went by the wayside! I’d be glad to help out again, anything that I could help with? Let me know.
    Cheers
    Bill

I tried for many years to get in touch with Bill Yoder, but never had very much luck. I was interested in purchasing the site myself, but that fell by the wayside. There was so much activity and information on the old site that it was a great place to talk about our trucks, ask for help and suggest fixes for each other.
So here we are, I’m still working on my truck, some folks are still buying and restoring these beauties, and there is still a great interest in Diamond T Trucks!!
Lets get together and talk Diamond T Trucks and share in the joy of these old beauties!!
