    I followed all the procedures after I was notified to change my password and was unable to log into the new site. My user name is geojunkie, but I finally figured out that to log into the site I needed to use the name I registered with (my name) even though it was asking for my user name at the login prompt. Anyway, if others are having this trouble try that.
